OUR RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority is as we are committed to providing our customers with a superior level of service. If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, you have 45 days from the purchase date, to return the merchandise. The merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition, NEW/UNUSED/UNWORN/UNWASHED.

Simply email an email or call to receive authorization. Once you get the information, send the item(s) you don't want, back to us and we'll issue you a refund. It's that easy!

Upon receipt of your order, carefully inspect the contents of your order for any physical defect(s) or shipping damage(s) or errors. If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via phone or email.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.

All returns are FREE. Don’t link what you purchased? No problem, Give us a call or an email and we will send you a prepaid return label right away.

***For Holiday Returns, any purchases made in November can be returned up to February 1st and purchases made in December can be returned up to February 1st or 45 days from the purchase date, whichever is later.
